Big Grievance, a.k.a. the grievance industry, began decades ago with hucksters like Al Sharpton who knew how to play the race card to manipulate and extort organizations and businesses. People like Sharpton were pioneers in the industry, and now it has exploded and has become institutionalized to the point that many if not most major corporations and universities hire "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion" "officers" (what an appropriate name too – officers).

The underlying theme of DEI, as with diversity and multi-culturalism in general, is anti-White hatred, discrimination, and abuse. As the saying goes "Diversity always means less White and only White people". For example, when it comes to the fact that Indians are vastly overrepresented in Silicon Valley – somewhere in the vicinity of 60% or 70% of the workforce, which is VASTLY out of proportion to their percentage of the demographic – then suddenly diversity doesn’t mean shit anymore.

When it’s jews being VASTLY overrepresented at places like Harvard, then suddenly diversity doesn’t mean shit. It only ever means anything when it is used in the context of abusing and discriminating against Whites.

Not only should Big Grievance be illegal, everyone who has participated in its propagation should be sanctioned with the full spectrum of legal penalties from fines to imprisonment for the most egregious offenders.
