The lawfare firm’s offensives have included litigation against UNRWA, a $1-billion lawsuit against Al Jazeera in 2025, and legal challenges targeting supporters of the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement.

The Maple also cited SH’s past statements about cooperation with the Mossad.

In a 2024 video clip, Darshan-Leitner said, “We were approached by the Israeli Mossad … and they said, ‘Let’s collaborate.’ They will give us evidence … and we’ll expand our activity.” 

The Maple also cited a report from 2017 by Reuters titled ‘Fighting Israel’s foes in U.S. courts, lawyer had help from Mossad,’ which stated that Darshan-Leitner received “regular briefings” from the Mossad after a consultation at the Israeli intelligence agency’s headquarters.

The pressure campaign follows The Maple’s publication of two databases documenting Canadians who served in the Israeli military, with the outlet stating that the information was drawn entirely from public sources and that the projects “do not doxx anyone” or encourage harassment.

This is conspiracy to commit genocide. These evil jews use the attack word “terrorist” to refer to critics of genocide and of actual terrorists.
